Refund / Return Policy

Refund Policy - HydroWave pre-orders will be refunded in full by request before time of shipment of the product without obligation.

Product Return Policy - HydroWave products come with a limited one year warranty against manufacturer defects. HydroWave, at its option, will repair or replace this product if returned in original packaging within the warranty period. Prior to returning, please contact HydroWave Customer Service via email or phone for a return authorization number. Full warranty information will be included in the package.
